HolidayShop Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal information for HolidayShop, listed on Google Play as Holiday Shop Cash Register under Holiday Shop Company. Kyeoto LLC operates these Services under the Holiday Shop Company name.

Submit a Request

1. Email info@kyeoto.com with the subject HolidayShop Account Deletion Request.
2. Use your account email address and include your name and school or organization so we can locate your account.
3. If you cannot access your account email, explain that in your message. We will work with you to verify account ownership using appropriate information.

You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app. Do not include your password or full card number.

What Is Deleted

After verification, we delete your sign-in account and associated personal information, including your profile and device identifiers, except for records specifically retained as described below. Account access ends when the account is deleted. Uninstalling the app or removing a person from a school-sale team does not, by itself, constitute a request to delete their account.

What May Be Retained

Sale-related records covered by our retention policy are retained for 90 days after the sale ends and then deleted. A verified deletion request is processed within 30 days and may result in earlier deletion. If particular records must be retained for a legitimate legal or security reason, we explain what is retained, why, and for how long.

What Happens Next

We verify ownership, process the request, and reply by email. We complete verified requests within 30 days. If specific records must be retained, we explain what is retained, why, and for how long.

You can also contact us to request correction of your information or deletion of particular information without closing your account. Some information may be necessary to continue providing a requested service.
